一、基本情况

黄秋平，女，1988年生，中共党员，副教授，硕士生导师。近年来围绕成瘾行为的机制与干预，主持国家自然科学基金1项，湖南省自然科学基金等省级课题2项；参与科技创新2030 “脑科学与类脑研究”重大项目等国家级、省部级课题8项；发表论文40余篇；参编或参译专著5部。

学术兼职湖南省药物滥用防治研究会常务理事/副秘书长、中华医学会心身医学分会成瘾学组秘书、中国药物滥用防治协会行为成瘾专委会/成瘾影像学专委会委员、亚洲药物滥用防治研究学会心理治疗专委会委员、中国毒理学会药物依赖性专委会青年委员、中国心理卫生协会IPT专委会青年委员、中国身心医学学院讲师、湖南省心理学会理事等。

二、教育经历

2010年毕业于华北煤炭医学院应用心理学专业，获得理学学士学位

2013年毕业于中南大学湘雅二医院应用心理学专业，获得教育学硕士学位

2022年毕业于中南大学湘雅二医院精神病与精神卫生学，获得医学博士学位
