一、 基本情况
黄秋平，女，1988年9月生，中共党员，中南大学湘雅二医院精神病与精神卫生学博士研究生，讲师，国家二级心理咨询师。研究方向为成瘾医学。
近五年来，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI或SSCI论文8篇；参与了国家级、省部级课题8项；参与了3本专业书籍的翻译修订工作；参与了人卫版医学本科教材《精神病学》第8版融合教材的编写。曾2次获得长沙市卫生局嘉奖。
学术兼职湖南省药物滥用防治研究会副秘书长、中国药物滥用防治协会成瘾影像学分会总干事、中华医学会心身医学分会成瘾学组秘书、中国药物滥用防治协会行为成瘾分会委员、亚洲药物成瘾心理治疗专业委员会委员、中国毒理学会会员、中国身心医学学院讲师、湖南省科普作家协会青年委员。

2013年毕业于中南大学湘雅二医院应用心理学专业，获得教育学硕士学位
2022年毕业于中南大学湘雅二医院精神病与精神卫生学，获得医学博士学位
